This position coordinates environmental, safety, and health (ESH) affairs for the Robinson facility.
This position requires the ability to understand all Environmental, Safety, Health, and Security regulations and to adhere to current site-specific policies and procedures, and develop new ones as necessary, to ensure governmental compliance and best practices. Responsible for managing and coordinating site safety training, emergency preparedness, job safety analysis and personnel development in the area of ESH. Must be able to communicate effectively and follow existing safety and environmental processes and programs over time with enthusiasm and energy. This position is a staff position and does not have line authority, and so must be able to use influence within the line organization to successfully perform many required duties. Periodic travel is required.
This position reports to the Corporate ESH Manager. This position interfaces with senior managers, plant managers, corporate staff, field personnel, vendors, safety and environmental consultants, and contract engineering and construction firms. The position has no direct reports.

Qualifications :

Two or four year safety management degree and/or two years of equivalent work experience, including safety management is a plus.

Identifies, develops and implements process improvements within the Robinson plant. Directs operations personal to optimize plant process economics and performance.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to the Plant Manager. Has close contact with corporate, plant management and all hourly employees, as well as vendors and outside consultants. Supervises process related daily activities of control operators.

Qualifications :

|
A university degree in engineering science with a minimum of 5 years of process engineering related experience required. Ability to relate to all levels of the organization. Requires good project management and troubleshooting skills.

To perform administrative and clerical duties and otherwise assist the Vice President of Global Raw Materials and other Raw Material, Commercial and Technical department managers to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of education beyond high school and/or three years work experience and a high level of computer and analytical skills. Proficient in word processing, PowerPoint slide presentations, graphs, spreadsheets, experience in ERP Systems, typing and other general office skills are required for the basic office duties of this position. This position requires schedule flexibility and overtime. Reliability is critical.
Reports to VP of Global Raw Materials and provides administrative support to the Raw Material, Commercial and Technical Department Managers as needed. Does not supervise others. Interacts with all levels of the organization as well as with Suppliers. Must be able to set work priorities with a minimum of supervision.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & MEASURES
1. Responsible for managing supplier contract files, including the contract review and approval process and maintaining pricing updates and contract amendments. Success is measured by accurate and timely processing.
2. General administrative duties including providing back-up to the receptionist desk as needed. Success is measured through error-free, timely and prioritized work
3. Travel Planning and coordination. Success is measured by the timely and error free planning of travel for the VPGRM, CCO, VPTS, Raw Materials Manager, Raw Materials Quality Coordinator and others as needed.
4. Maintains all publications for the commercial and technical departments including contracts for publications and the associated cost. Success is measured by the timely distribution of publications and maintaining up to date electronic copies of all publications.
5. Responsible for initiating departmental Purchase Orders within the ERP system. Success is measured by timely and accurate processing.
6. Responsible for supplier report generation and distribution.
7. Maintains supplier price History. Success is measured by accurate and timely updates of the supplier pricing
8. Supports Month-end reconciliation of Raw Material Financial Reports.
9. Provides ERP back-up for the Raw Material and Commercial Departments.
10. Maintains raw materials non-conformance in MasterControl. Success is measured by timely non-conformance notification reports.
